• You authenticate directly with the third-party provider via OAuth — we never see or store your passwords
• We store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens solely to maintain your connection and execute authorized actions
• Data retrieved from third-party APIs is used only to display information to you and to perform actions you or your AI workers have explicitly requested
• We do not sell, share, or transfer third-party API data to any other parties
• You can disconnect any integration at any time, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens

5. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Janavar AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only access Google user data that is necessary to provide the features you have enabled (e.g., managing Google Ads campaigns, viewing analytics reports)
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
• We do not sell Google user data to third parties
• We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the functionality of Janavar AI
• Human access to Google user data is limited to debugging and support purposes, only with your consent or as required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Third-party API tokens are stored only while the integration is connected. Campaign data, analytics reports, and other third-party data retrieved via APIs are cached temporarily for display purposes and are not retained beyond what is necessary for the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. AI Workers & Automated Actions

Janavar AI uses artificial intelligence to perform actions on your behalf through connected integrations. AI workers may read data from and write data to your connected accounts (e.g., creating ad campaigns, publishing content). All automated actions are performed within the scope of permissions you have granted and tasks you have assigned. You retain full control and can stop, modify, or revoke any AI worker's access at any time.
