  • You authorize Janavar AI and its AI workers to access and perform actions on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party services through Janavar AI complies with those services' terms of service and policies
  • You acknowledge that AI workers may perform automated actions (creating campaigns, publishing content, modifying settings) based on your instructions — you are responsible for reviewing and supervising these actions
  • Janavar AI is not liable for any consequences arising from actions taken by AI workers on your connected accounts

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Janavar AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Janavar AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
